My piece on surrealism which is hot air balloons in space.

The image that I chose and stood out to me was by Rene Magritte which is called “Not to Be Reproduced,1937”. This picture stood out to me because I found it ironic how the person is looking through the mirror and as its reflection it is showing the back of him. I feel like it is showing multiplicity considering how in the original picture it shows multiples backs in mirrors. It maybe trying to show the viewer multiplicity to give the idea of how there are many people that may not show how they truly are but can easily show how they turn there backs on you. But I find it ironic how they couldn’t just show there faces as if they were all staring at mirrors to demonstrate this which makes it more special and what made it stand out to me and this is why I chose it.
